Time.
Time affects every aspect of our lives.
Today more and more people feel like they are chronically short of time. “I don’t have the time!” is a common complaint many people say, so they stop themselves from exploring new possibilities, new opportunities, new learnings any further.
But time is not the actual problem in most cases. Something more pressing is missing - a shortage of awareness.
Awareness of what is actually going on to create this compressed sense of time they feel. So let’s expand the canvas…
Over to Michael Breen to share a powerful exercise you can do today to start to recover awareness so you can make better choices and enrich your life with activities that really valuable and worthwhile.
Enjoy!
Take on the practice Michael outlined in this video for a week and you’ll begin to realise some really big things about how you are using your time and attention.
You may notice, for example, that the embodied sense of time that stresses you has a structure. It has rules. Learn to change the rules and the sense of being compressed instantly vanishes.
Suddenly the things you need to do … to ‘create more time’ become obvious.
This is just the beginning of what is possible when you learn how to craft and retrain your attention.

Tom
