From Data to Intel

(Advanced Applications of The Meta Model & Framing Tool)

(In case you missed my previous post 'The Sherlock Holmes Test', check it out here.)

I can’t comment on whether Richard Bandler or John Grinder ever went to spy school.

I know assets from agencies with famous 3 and 4 letter names have been known to study NLP.

Not just agents, analysts and negotiators but hackers too.

So why do so many people whose job it is to get intel that other people don’t know study NLP?

Because in the right hands, NLP gives you a remarkable set of tools to calculate how people will act. To discover what motivates and drives them. To figure out – where to intervene to change a situation.

All highly valuable skills for anyone wants to turn raw data into insight and ultimately actionable intelligence.

The skills a CIA analyst uses to think and pattern ‘signal from noise’ in a complex world are the same skills used by top NLP masters when helping others.

(They even follow a very similar 4 step process.)

However many NLP students stay stuck thinking NLP is all about the techniques But the techniques are the bi-products of the technology.

Over the years, insights about how NLP actually works have been lost.

It’s advanced applications to help you think, act and operate more clearly are largely lost.

Take the Meta Model and Framing Tool for example. Two extraordinary tools to help you think through and solve all manner of problems. Personal, spiritual, business, professionally.

Most people think the Meta Model is for asking questions. But when you really know how it functions - you can do so much more.

It all starts with data...

As Elon Musk rightfully put it:

“Reading source material is better than reading other people's opinions about the source material.”

But here’s the thing, people's expressions about their problems are full of opinions. They have massively shrunk the world. Frozen processes. Taken data and arranged it into a fixed worldview, which they then (unconsciously) reinforce.

That’s why whenever you have a problem (your own or helping someone else) the first step is to get better intel about what is actually going on.

In the following video Master Trainer Michael Breen reveals how there is so much more to the Meta Model and Framing Tool than most people realise. Along the way he also reveals the key to getting free of the techniques.

Check it out...

Remember whenever you hear someone speak about a problem, slow down... get better intel on how the problem actually occurs...

How does the system work? How is the situation being created?

Get curious.

Turn data into insight...

To your success,

Tom
