Well done! The path to mastery goes forever upwards and there is always room to improve your skills. The more skills you have acquired and practised together, the elegant and powerful a communicator you will be.

Assuming you can anchor and get the results consistently, the #1 area that we suggest you focus on developing is learning how to anchor in multiple sensory systems.

As you may know, anchoring in multiple sensory systems is where you can anchor not just by touch, but via sound, sight, smell etc, and use them to match the outputs you are seeking.

Sometimes it might make sense to use touch to anchor a state, other times, such as when speaking with a small or large group of people, you need to be able to anchor visually and tonally.

While these are more advanced forms of anchoring that are usually taught in NLP courses, they are very learnable. In fact, if you think about some of the best communicators you have ever seen, they are masters of using multiple anchors, in multiple sensory systems, with multiple groups of people whenever they want - which they do outside of people’s conscious awareness.

It can look like magic but it is the application of right knowledge, right practice and right feedback.

When you can anchor in multiple sensory systems you can anchor on the phone, over zoom, giving a public talk and 101 other contexts. Thankfully, it’s a skill anyone can learn with the right training. If you’d like to learn what they are and how to do this masterfully, I think you’ll really enjoy the distinctions, demonstrations and strategies we share in our free and paid anchoring resources.

As a special thank you for completing this survey I’d like to send you a series of helpful resources over the coming days to help you really hone your anchoring skills starting with our complete ‘anchor like a pro’ checklist. With this checklist you can quickly ‘step-through’ all the key steps involved in anchoring like a pro and identify areas where you can improve on today.

Enjoy!
